Gobabis in Namibia
Gobabis is the largest town east of Windhoek. This area is well known for its cattle farms and it is also the gateway to the TransKalahari Highway, linking Namibia to Botswana and South Africa. The completion of this highway resulted in the development of several new tourist lodges in the surrounding areas.
